user@host credential tricks, brand-as-subdomain, raw IPs, shorteners, free hosting, open redirects, risky file downloads, javascript:/data: links.
Where it points
A/AAAA/CNAME for link hosts, and network owner (RDAP) for raw-IP links.
Everything runs client-side. Only the domain (never the full link or address) goes to public RDAP and DNS resolvers.
